Kate works from her stunning garden Studio at Old Town Farm, just 1 mile south of Otterburn on the B6320 to Bellingham & Kielder. The Studio is expertly designed and specially built for massage. It is a warm, peaceful space with fantastic views down the Rede valley and beyond. Kate is also a freelance gardener and the garden that she has designed and created herself is an ever-changing delight!
A treatment at the Studio is highly recommended because the tranquillity of the setting adds to the ambience of the massage, but Kate can carry out home visits if required. She can be booked to work from the Calverley Clinic at Scots Gap and The Spa Beauty Salon in Ponteland, the Riverdale Hall Hotel in Bellingham and the Otterburn Tower Hotel.
If clients are being accompanied by friends or family whilst they have a treatment there are a number of local walks and leisure activities to get involved in and various hotels, shops and tea rooms to mooch around while visiting the area (visit Wild Redesdale website for more details). Two hours will pass quickly! During the summer months, those accompanying clients are welcome to relax in Kate’s garden or walk around the farm whilst waiting for their friends.
